NA Vice President works in two southern provinces

(KPL) Vice President of National Assembly (NA) Mr. Somphanh Phengkhammy paid a working visit two southern provinces of Sekong (16th NA constituency) and Attapue (17th NA constituency) on 10-11 January.
Vice President and his delegates were briefed on general conditions of Attapue development and representing people in playing role of NA member from the Attapue President of NA Member Committee of the 17th constituency, Mr. Bounsay Khammanyvong.
The visit was to disseminate the resolutions of the second ordinary session of the National Assembly (7th legislature) and the Party’s policy on socio-economic development plan to officials, officers and people of two provinces to comprehend deeply and understand the Party’s policies.
NA Vice President Somphanh’s visit also highlighted a number of people’s proposals, rights and livelihood of local people such as rubber tree plantation, mining exploration and construction of new accommodations.
