Savannakhet focuses on building production groups

(KPL) Savannakhet province is focusing on building production groups in the community to supply goods to the domestic export markets.
The organizers are the Industry and Commerce Division of Savannakhet province and the Women’s Entrepreneurship Development and Gender Equality of International Labour Organisation.
The training was led by Deputy Head of Industry and Commerce Division of Savannakhet, Mr. Pholithat Thikhammyand Deputy Head of the Women’s Union of Savannakhet province, Ms. Phouthone Keophouvong.
The participants of this course were made up of officials and authorities from six districts. Ardsaphangthong, Champhone, Sayphouthong, Songkhone, Saybouly and Kaysone Phomvihane.
The aim of the training is to make people and officials aware of the importance and capability of community production groups.
