Officials awarded Front’s 60th memorial medals
(KPL) Minister to the Prime Minister’s Office, Mrs. Bounpheng Mounphosay, and five leading officials of the affiliated bodies of the 
Prime Minister’s Office and a retiree last Thursday were awarded 60th commemoratory medals of the Lao Front for National Construction.
The six awardees are Deputy Head of the Public Administration and Civil Service Authority (PACSA), Mr. Khammoune Viphongsay; PACSA Deputy Head, Mr. Siphouk Vongphakdy; President of the Prime Minister’s Office’s Trade Union, Mr. Khampane Sivongsay; member of the Trade Union Executive Committee of the Prime Minister’s Office, Mr. Phomma Keobouapha; Mr. Vanna Boupha, member of the Executive Committee of the Youth Union of the Prime Minister’s Office; and the retiree, Mr. Boukham Khounsavath.
On the same day, the PACSA held a lecture on the 60th anniversary of the Lao Front for National Construction, 13 August; 35th Uprising day (day of power seizure in Vientiane Capital), 23 August; the 65th Independent day, 12 October, and the 19th Constitution Day, 15 August.
The lecture was conducted by Vice-President of the Lao Front for National Construction, Mr. Sayamang Vongsack. Over 50 officials of the organisation affiliated to the Prime Minister’s Office attended the lecture, which highlighted the importance and significance of the historic days of the country and their related events in the past decades.
